Toffee O! ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Toffee O! ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Our customers are the most valuable part of our business and we take great pride in ensuring utmost satisfaction with our product. Generally, our return practices are to issue a replacement item of the same value to customers who for some reason or another are unsatisfied with their delivered product. If you are unsatisfied in any way with any of our toffee products, please contact our customer service department and we will do what we can to make sure that your Toffee O! is a pleasant one.
